Complaint

1. The good things when someone is expressing her/his unsatisfied is to improve the lacking area in flow of process.

2. I understand, as a leader I need to listened and find the solutions.

3. However, too many complaints are not going to solve the matter.

4. It can lead somehow to the point people might felt annoying.

5. I do my best, approach the higher management to smooth the flow.

6. But, in my eyes I don’t see you trying to fix the things either.

7. Show me by working hardly instead of talking fruitless.

8. Do better and focus your work.
